Medium. It depends. If it's a self hosted solution, I understand the testing. For example for my self hosted pay@derekross.me, I could send to that address from Alby or other nodes just fine. But WoS and ZBD and probably others were failing. I never would have known if I didn't have people test. Cloudflare was blocking AWS IP addresses. Now, I'd you have a wallet from the big players, sure, you don't need a lot of testing here. That's been done.
