For those who've not seen before, this is Blotter! He's a polychromatic iridescent rubber otter from another world. His hide's colors react to touch, going from that simple silvery hue to bursts of varying colors on contact, swirling as if a fluid despite being a smooth rubbery skin. Colors intensify and move more quickly when he's more excited or happier, sometimes even blooming on their own, and in the right environment and energy, they even glow somewhat! Makes for fun dances!
