Pharmaceutical execs for sure knew what they were doing, and the doctors are to ones that should have put a stop to the nonsense they are the highly educated health care experts hence the title Doctor but we know they were "incentivized". Hospital executives were paid to withhold proper care and insure a positive covid test resulting in massive kickbacks for those patients. So those are my top three, and I except no excuses for their actions they all knew what they were doing or were totally incompetent.
