GM y’all! ☀️
Regardless of the GM debate, majority of the world goes to sleep at night and wakes up in the morning. There’s no harm in giving your peers and loved ones the courtesy of a simple “GM” to show them you care.
Take this time to take a deeep, deep breath and stretch those sore, achy muscles. All of that extra oxygen will help reinvigorate your muscle cells and shake off some of that lactic acid build-up.
If you’re in a pinch and cannot leave your area (due to work or other obligations), take the time to stand up and…
• shake your legs,
• do some ankle pumps,
• swing your leg individually around in small circles,
• heel raises (video #1)
• march in place (video #2)
• hip abductions (video #3)
• hip extensions (video #4)
• jumping jacks (video #5)
This should be a good refresher for your body and muscles to rejuvenate after being idle at work, at home, or anywhere you’re at (within reason) and keep those joints #healthy!
