Took yesterday off of social media... or really any media. Didn't look at the news... or personal email. Was mostly processing it all and working through a wide range of emotions.

Anyone else feel like they were (are) walking through molasses?

Today is a day to reconnect and think about how to build more community #resilience - on so many different levels. We're going to need it - for the politics, for the economy, and for the climate impacts.

Meanwhile, I'm very glad to be living in #Vermont
