This is good advice, but I'd just like to point out that, emprically, high Testosterone is strongly and positively associated with communication skills, compassion and normal emotional expression.
That's not something pop psych articles in mainstream media will tell you.
(MSM journalists are as proudly ignorant of endocrinology and neuroscience as they are of economics and physics. )
