Want to know why I was excited about my doctor appointment today? A great network of #hiking trails is not too far from the route to/from the office. (Perhaps the best trails in SE Massachusetts— Blue Hills Reservation). So I packed my hiking gear as I left for the appointment and bagged 700’ elevation gain on the way home. A great day!
