It got to the point where I was coughing up phlegm with black shit and blood daily. Until finally I felt like I was breathing through a straw. That was when I had to quit, because if I did not. Lung cancer was knocking at my door.
If you still feel the desire to smoke. Switch to organic hemp, or cannabis only. Although smoking in general was something our lungs were never designed to do. My ultimate suggestion is to have edibles, or Rick Simpsons Oil. If you want to kick the habbit forever and live longer.
