I met a Midjourney employee by accident while I was gone. He let slip something they're working on atm. Generative "art" AI is 100% just a bunch of rockstar maths blokes throwing an obscene amount of money at their pet projects, environment and societal implications be damned, just because they can, and will, get away with it, isn't it.
