I took the SD card out of my everdriveGB to change the Tetris ROM for a patched one (with hard drop and persistent high scores!), and unfortunately ruined the filesystem. Except that my daughter had a Pokemon save on it!

Fortunately she did not pass the Viridian forest yet, with one Charmander and two Rattata, so I was able to quickly bring her back to where she was. Crisis averted.

The hardest part was remembering the names she gave her Pokemon.
