One of my favorite moments in #DoctorWhoَ was the support for ambulatory wheelchair users. People who can stand or walk for a limited time get harassed, yes, harassed, for “faking” when they use mobility aids. If you see this, ask the person with mobility aids if they want your help. If your friends and family talk about people “faking disability”, correct them.
Disabled people don’t need to be harassed by self-appointed disability police.
