I've attached this thing to a bunch of devices and measured the voltage between the CC1/CC2 pins and GND, which tells me how much current the host can deliver.
- MBP USB-C port: 1.5A (~800mV)
- Samsung table: 0.5A (200mV)
- USB-C PD charger: 1.5A (~800mV)
I'm surprised the USB-C charger can't do 3A. Anyone got any ideas?
