All incentives are lost when the possibility of experimenting, monetising (or the sense of belonging to a contributors community) doesn’t exist anymore. As a developer you now have ZERO incentives in pushing code to a repository that belongs to only one dude.
Thus making the code less secure, less scrutinised and relying too much on the skills of one sole party. This is NOT the Satoshi way.
