In 2 years I am likely to be living in a place with no option of a charging unit where I park my car. A hybrid is a more complicated car than an EV or gas car. One appeal of EVs is their simplicity.

I'd prefer for more high quality mass transit. Getting cars off the road seems the most important step.

And my gas car gets around 40MPG on most trips. Time to ratchet up pollution and milleage standards for pickup trucks.
