Yeh, my hand was like up a balloon since Wednesday! Lots of ice, saltwater, ibuprofen etc. it's still very sore & weak. An old couple had to pick me up off the street!
Plus bruises on my arm & leg where I fell!
Interestingly, someone in my age group said to me "did you go to the A & E"?
Which just goes to show how most people, even those who were taught this as children, don't know how to deal with injuries at home any more & why our A & Es are clogged up.
