Kingdom of Heaven is the only one that comes to mind. And I wouldn't say it portrays the Christians in the best light. But it is well done (watching Director's Cut is essential though).
Sword and Scimitar and Defenders of the West are two books I highly recommend on the subject. Both by Raymond Ibrahim.
