The search on https://www.nih.gov/ will not show any results if you search for these (standalone) words:

- diversity
- equity
- inclusion
- DEI
- DEIA
- gender
- transgender
- nonbinary
- non-binary
- racism

Instead, it redirects you back to the home page.

But because there's also always incompetence in addition to malice, just putting the term in quotes or adding another word _does_ give you results. (Although perhaps that's resistance by those forced to implement the censorship?)
