If you want to add it to Obtainium to continue tracking the updates, make sure you flick the switch under additional options to "include prereleases" or a suitable release won't be found. This is because it's tagged as a pre-release on GitHub.
You can add it through Obtainium by searching for "Primal Android App" on the add app tab. Or alternatively, you can paste the GitHub link to the app source URL line:
