I always thought the fact that LinkedIn tells you who viewed your profile to be the most utterly cringeworthy, frankly disgusting thing ever.
I remember years ago, when every second person was posting panic about this new Facebook feature that would let you see who visited your profile page, I and many others responded with something along the lines of, "Come on, man. Don't be daft. There is no way any social network would give you that information. That'd be a massive invasion of privacy, and it'd cause all sorts of sticky legal issues. Don't worry, you're free to continue your Facebook stalking."
And then one day, I got a "Well, aaaactually," pointing out that LinkedIn already shows people that information, and I was like WTAF?! :(
