Sini Tuulia on Nostr: I would recommend setting up a "disembed thyself" alarm even if you're in the habit ...
I would recommend setting up a "disembed thyself" alarm even if you're in the habit of getting out of bed right after waking up, or don't have any schedule you need to stick to. While it's nice to have sort of permission from your past self to lie in for a bit (I have allocated myself an hour to stay in bed after my actual wake up alarm) there is nothing quite as easy and satisfying as congratulating yourself about having done Multiple Things even before the "Get out of bed now" alarm rings!
