Whenever there is a plane crash or incident of some sort it is instantly blamed on pilot error.
Pilot error can include not doing proper pre-flight checks as well the stuff that happens during the flight.
Because if they say it’s a problem with the plane that means they instantly have to ground every plane in that model.
There are nearly 500 747’s currently in service. Imagine grounding all those in one go.
Or, imagine grounding over 17,000 A320’s?
OR imagine NOT grounding them and blaming the pilot then letting people die.
Ground all the 7000ish 737-9!
