Learn to make jam for sats in Northampton this friday 👇

I'll be hosting two jam workshops next Friday as part of an open farm weekend at Waterloo Cottage Farm, Market Harborough. Lots of other activities going on throughout the day including apple pressing, seabuckthorn harvesting, farm tours and a documentary film screening - 'Six Inches of Soil'.

First up a walk through the orchard starting at 10:30 to gather pears and seabuckthorn for a fruity preserve that's gorgeous on crumpets. Then later at 3pm after the film and Q&A session we will peruse the hedgerow for a mix of wild berries to turn into a rich jelly for dark meats or cheese.
