realistically I doubt it made any actual difference to my sales figures since basically 100% of my sales goes to people who already know me and pick up on my direct marketing efforts to them, but that also just goes to show just how bullshit Bandcamp is as a discovery platform too, and how important word-of-mouth is to a struggling/small artist's success
