Almost a year ago, I had my first ever bout of vertigo. It was horrible -- intense dizziness and nausea. I was "cured" by doing the Epley maneuver. I've been pretty much ok since then, until #today, when I had another significant episode. I've been doing the maneuver, and I feel much better, but I'm moving gingerly for fear of bringing on the vertigo. 💫
