I always loved Destiny, but these new statements about toxic 'frat boy' company culture at #Bungie are seriously fucked up.

"Bungie maintained an email channel that shared lewd and semi-pornographic content to the entire studio. Those images were occasionally shared on a projector at studio events;"

"For many years, Bungie had a ... [gross, sexist]... "knighting" ceremony for long-time employees... in front of the entire studio.;"

"One of Bungie's founding members made frequent sexist and racist comments in group settings. At least one Bungie employee frequently exposed himself in the office.."

And these are not even the worst bits. Ex-Bungie Director Chris Barrett is basically using "but.. everyone did it" as his defense for his own creepy behaviour towards women and employees.
