Product idea: a "full-spectrum" hot sauce that includes all the different "spicy" ingredients:
- chili (capsaicin)
- black pepper (piperine)
- Szechuan pepper (hydroxy-alpha-sanshool)
- ginger (gingerol, etc.)
- garlic (allicin)
- horseradish/mustard/garlic (allyl isothiocyanate)
- cinnamon, maybe (cinnameldahyde)
It would give a breadth of spiciness, rather than just packing a ton of capsaicin like a lot of hot sauces.
