If there is no such thing as a global feed on nostr, because no one can really run every single relay in the world, will that mean your content only gets seen if enough people engage with it enough for the thread to circulate on a bunch of relays so then more people will see it?


Or will there be something like an aggregator relay that would source posts that get the most engagement and add it to their relay so the content driving engagement gets served to more people?
