Thank you. I live in Belize and recycling isn't big here, mostly on the individual level . Businesses do it because it can be a big money maker or help reduce expenses. Not all bottles can recycled unfortunately.

I working a new side project. As many of us know there is a pollution crisis in the global south. Where I'm living now, in Belize, there's a huge trash problem in my town. I'm doing my part with cleaning it up.

So I'm starting by picking up bottles to sell them to the manufacturer. This is nothing new. However, my goal is to save up the money I make from this to buy supplies to start a bigger waste management project.

This was my second trip. Small but a start. 500 plastic bottles and about 80 pints.
