My resident taste tester says the bars are tasty so I am going to give some away on my way to Costco this morning. Usually he is pickier than I am. I will change the recipe next time but we each had a small piece with tea this morning and it was a good Sunday morning treat.
Next time I will substitute blueberry or raspberry for the cranberry.
