4️⃣: Our servers! Did you know that the Internet Archive houses over 99+ unique petabytes (equivalent to the contents of 265 million filing cabinets) that include public texts, movies, audio, images, and more?
To sustain the growth of this collection over time we build and maintain all our own systems, rather than contracting them out to corporations. We need reliable infrastructure, which is why we rely on the support of our users.
