Thought I'd have a tough time lifting today as I'm a little tired and mildly ill, but actually everything went great, squats and bench both at substantial weird, great form on rows.
Got properly old school and listened to most of Powerslave by Iron Maiden
Unfortunately, the copy on YT is a mix of music videos of unstated date (the Aces High one in particular sounds... not great compared to the 80s CD I have) and a 2015 remaster of the rest of the album that kind of buries the vocal on tracks like Flash of the Blade and Back in the Village (at least if your speaker is as shockingly bad as the one in my gym).

I actually still know pretty much the entire vocal line for this absolute classic (adapted for my limited upper register), but the thing that really stands out with Bruce Dickinson's vocal work is how fast the lyrics come in and how little breathing space there is between lines and verses.
Anyway, great album, only a little bit of filler, Maiden's production continues to be iffy at best, but fuck me if there aren't some stone cold classics in here. bass booms in at 120dB, thanks Steve
