Think I have figured out a 2 acre greenhouse design that I can build for 400k. Should be able to build it in stages, first stage should fit an aquaponics area large enough to fund the rest after 5 years. 3 years if I can scale quickly and have enough produce buyers. First stage I think I can get built for 45k. So need to make 30k this spring building up my circuit board business fast to fund it. Could have it built in 2 years if everything runs smoothly including my board business. Should be able to lease the land to build it on from my parents.
