So I was trying to grill yesterday before a thunderstorm rolled through. Well the weather had other plans, and I stood outside in a raincoat grilling burgers through the worst of the torrent. It was cataclysmic. My wife said, "don't worry, the deck umbrella is taller than you so you won't get hit by lightning." Anyway, lesson learned was just like you should never douse a grease fire with water, never open your hot grill in a downpour. Unless you want to stare into the fires of hell. #cooking
