npub153su4huygmnnkc0wvxvzmhmps46vw9hmqggq4v6e8jya5ejc6lxq42cvd9 (npub153s…cvd9) Like the ADU changes, there are reasonable arguments why this could be a good move, but it is mostly just a stop to people who want to build and sell more units without paying for the infrastructure we need to support the increased density.

I'm in favor of increased density, I just want the other stuff that has to come with it to make it livable, like transportation options, pedestrian safety, public school improvements, affordable housing, renter protection, buried power lines, etc.
