Battery lasts 30 days in winter, ~40 days in summer. Notifications from phone, has a flashlight, compass, GPS, music control, find-my-phone dinger, etc.
I don't use it to track workouts or anything because I don't want any of the data being stored in an unsecured Amazon S3 Bucket on behalf of Garmin, which gimps features, but I'm very happy with it.
