It looks like your processor is relatively new, released in '21. Reading about AlmaLinux, it looks like a niche distro built to solve a problem with discontinued support in RHEL systems? This begs a question I've been wondering about recently: do people build kernels these days? I remember installing SuSE 6.0 back in the '90s and going through the kernel modules, selecting only the ones I needed for my system.
