If anything this is a non sequiter. This is an explanation for why this specific facial appearance is associated with low IQ, i.e. a common genetic disorder causes both an unusual facial structure and a low IQ. It does not refute my point. What would refute my point is if I saw evidence that people who meet that criteria actually have similar or higher IQs than the general population.
