It’s very much written to our own and environment (e.g. it assumes local user reports are somwhat trustworthy), so probably not very applicable elsewere, but it *is* configurable.

It’s also intentionally limited and defensive:
- ONLY there to handle spam
- will ONLY take action against non-local users
- will NOT take actions against users that have followers from the local instance
- will require a certain amount of reports / local reports / reported posts / duplicated content
