So, it sounds like the existing Jynneos vaccine against MPOX may offer limited protection long term, with extensive fading of MPOX relevant antibodies at the 6 months to a year level. Not a great finding at the rate that Clade 1b is spreading in more than a dozen countries now.

We really need a MPOX targetted vaccine with durable sterilizing immunity NOW.
