i'm used to mastodon's search field being a comprehensive search of 1) my own posts, 2) posts i've faved, 3) the alt text of my own posts. but just now i searched for a string that i *know* was part of 1, and it didn't come up in the results. and it's not even an old post; it's from june of this year. what the heck? is mastodon search just unreliable now?
