All lnaddress splits are now payable from the Fountain app.

Please give this a test if you have feeds with an lnaddress split and let me know if you see any issues.

On the metadata sharing - as there doesn't seem to be consensus yet we are just putting the Fountain episode link in the invoice memo along with a truncated message.
