1.) They could, but if we have similar social relations (in the sense people work for a wage and buy commodities on the open market) then we will reproduce a lot of the issues we have now.
2.) That's call ressentiment it doesn't really solve issues and makes you castrated (in a bad way). It's better to try to analyze these social question structurally or you end up giving into conspiratorial views that tend to target minority groups.
