It was grey, too, which in my mind suggested an error message. I couldn't see anything like a square with some mention like "uploading", similar to when you upload to YouTube. That kind of confirmed my suspicions. After a while, I just figured I needed to reupload and that's only when I saw that the first video had been uploaded.
