Yevgeny Balitsky, #Russia appointed governor of the occupied parts of #Ukraine Zaporizhzhia oblast, openly admits any property, including private apartments or shops, not used by their owners for three months, is taken away and given to administration officials, workers and teachers who came to work from Russia. He also admits unemployment among local residents is 75%.
This is literally how Russian colonization of the occupied territories is working. It's a well known fact, but Russians rarely speak of it so openly and will certainly deny it post-war and at international level.
