Popped outside to stick some inherited paint cans in the skip, noticed that the tree had pretty much finished dropping leaves and that the leaves on the drive were dry, went back and got gardening gloves and a bulk bag, started collecting leaves then observed that many were caught up in the geranium stems and that they were about ready to cut back, went back and got giant gardening scissors, filled bag.

Last year’s leaves are looking well. I gave them a turn, but they’ll be usable by spring.
