I'd suggest a single bottles of pure organic argan and almond oil are all you need.
I had pretty bad acne growing up so started taking skin care seriously when I finally had the agency to do so.
After trying many acne medications, moving on to a "simple" set of products from Kiehls, I finally settled on organic almond oil for the body and argan for the face. My skin has never felt or looked healthier.
But ultimately the skin is an organ and reflective of inner health. So I also learned the importance of healing my skin from the inside out.
Additionally, I feel the skin care and beauty industry is exploitative and preys on our deepest insecurities. They have to invent something new to get people hooked on regularly, while the fundamentals of healthy skin probably haven't changed a whole lot in the history of our species.
