So it happened that my ISP just "blocked" me from accessing almost every possible site... that includes but not limited to bsd cafe, proton vpn, proton mail, and more others services (which I checked). However, Google, Gmail, and YouTube wasn't blocked. After a few seconds VPN kill switch was triggered, server connection was getting timed out. In background I had tor browser running, and it also got disconnected as well. Tried to reconnect, but nope, it didn't reconnect to any of its node. At that time Matrix connection was already dropped.

Rebooted the system, tried to reconnect, but nope. Finally rebooted the router and it didn't work either. (On each connection router should query for a server IP address) so rebooted again and now I'm back online.

I'm thinking if a specific server from my ISP is down, but I can't verify it.. ISP provided router and the ISP f-ing sucks.
