Um, to folks who wonder why I've not been more visibly active in the past few years?

I'm healthy now! But I've been on a cancer adventure. It took so much of my energy for a long time. But since my surgery, I've been building up my strength and energy day by day.

Currently, I have more energy and strength than in years.

I was that little frog in the pot of water. As the pain increased, I stopped noticing it. As my energy dropped, I stopped noticing.

I'm so thankful to be healthy again
