You thought the tunnels in NYC were bad?
I am fairly convinced there is a secret "city" beneath Washington DC.
The only things I know about it I heard years ago, and it is hearsay/rumor. I have no hard evidence to support my position.
Those caveats given, this person would have been in a position to know and the context of the conversation that it came up in makes me doubt he/she was intentionally sowing disinformation. Could've still been an op.
