I’m still seeing this behavior on the latest build (1.0.0(1)), but only the first time I try to add a specific relay while on the setup screen.

Setup: if you already have all recommended relays added, remove three from your settings and exit the settings page.

1. Go to settings
2. Click to add recommended relay (added to list ok)
3. Click to add second recommend relay (replaces the relay added in step 2)
4. Click to add third recommended relay (replaces the relay added in step 3)
5. [new since 1.0.0] Click to add one of the recommended relays that were removed in step 3 or 4 (added to list ok and does not remove previous)
